Gilman v. Toll Hearing Postponed – Again

Judge James Wilson granted Lance Gilman a continuance this afternoon. Apparently, the airport in Las Vegas shuts down when snowflakes fall. Las Vegas airlines canceled 80% of their flights today.

The hearing will decide if Sam Toll is a journalist and this site, The Teller, is a modern-day equivalent of a “newspaper or periodical”.

According to Lance Gilman’s attorney Gus Flangas, Southwest Air Cancelled his flight on the 20th. In a statement filed with the court, he states that he could not book a flight today and the court granted Gilman a continuance.

The court has offered new dates ranging from late March to late June.

We will continue to update this story as new developments unfold.

Stay Tuned.

  1. Sam Toll,
Whorehouse owner finds another way to delay.
This ties for the yellow bellied lilly liveredness of the RGJ’s fear and
envy of Reno’s Guard-Angel Warrior, Sam DNA Dehne.
    How many ways can we spell S C A R E D.
You should be proud about the way you have creepy people
    shivering in their pantyhose.
Similar to the way the Reno media wacko freaks are afraid
to stand up to the other Sam.
