Judge James Wilson granted Lance Gilman a continuance this afternoon. Apparently, the airport in Las Vegas shuts down when snowflakes fall. Las Vegas airlines canceled 80% of their flights today.
The hearing will decide if Sam Toll is a journalist and this site, The Teller, is a modern-day equivalent of a “newspaper or periodical”.
According to Lance Gilman’s attorney Gus Flangas, Southwest Air Cancelled his flight on the 20th. In a statement filed with the court, he states that he could not book a flight today and the court granted Gilman a continuance.
The court has offered new dates ranging from late March to late June.
