Thank You For Your Letters.
I would like to take a quick moment to thank everyone who took the time to write a letter last week. The letters were heartfelt and warmed me to read. Many of you were generous and included money to help defray the attorney fees. Your support and encouragement are exactly why I do what I do. Thank You For Your Support!
In my article, I asked readers to send the letters to The Teller. I was careful to give my post office box as the address to send the letters.
Unfortunately, two letters were sent directly to Judge Wilson. By sending the letters directly to the Judge, the writers unintentionally created a problem with the Court. The Court contacted my lawyers and advised them that the letters represented an effort to influence the case outside the venue of the courtroom.
This was not my intent and it was not an action that I or my attorneys requested.
I apologize to the Court for any negative impact these letters may have caused.
I ask that anyone wishing to write to me about their thoughts about if I am a journalist, or if The Storey Teller is a Newspaper or Periodical as requested to address them to Post Office Box 78 in Virginia City Nevada 89440.
Please do not send any correspondence of any kind directly to Judge Wilson.
Again, for those of you who took the time to write, I am very grateful for your time, kindness, and generosity.
Respectfully,
Sam Toll – Editor – The Storey Teller

I am glad you got this straightened out.
I am praying for an honest court. And the perpetrators of lies against you are taken
to task in the harshest manner possible. JUSTIFIABLY

PS
BTW – My letter (that I sent directly) to you was meant to “influence” the judge; TO KNOW THE TRUTH. THAT YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT REPORTER. Actually I only knew one in my entire 77 years who was as good as you.

I need to file this Open Meeting Law Complaint against the Reno Gazette.. that place that doesn’t have a single decent reporter. At least when it comes to govt oversight and politics.
