The hearing to decide if there is enough evidence to move the case to trial hits the halfway point. Testimony today included conversation about Brett Black and extramarital affairs and physics of blood flying and drying.
Absent from the evidence and testimony so far is anything that proves bungling the investigation from the Sheriff’s Office and the presence of any of the people who exploited the tragedy of Judy Black’s demise for their own personal gain.
